Dr. Ranjit Patil is a distinguished academic and clinician with over 20 years of experience in medical education, clinical biochemistry, and research. He currently serves as a Professor and Chair at S.S.R. Medical College, Mauritius, where he has been actively involved in undergraduate medical education since 2017. Dr. Patil earned his M.B.B.S. from B.J. Government Medical College, Pune (1994) and an M.D. in Biochemistry with distinction from Government Medical College, Aurangabad (2000). He further enhanced his expertise with a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Research (2007) and advanced training in health sciences education and competency-based medical education (C.B.M.E.).
Dr. Patil’s career has spanned several renowned institutions. He began as a Resident at Government Medical College, Aurangabad (1997-2000), followed by lecturer roles at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, and M.I.M.S.R., Latur. He later advanced to Associate Professor and Professor positions at Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College, Jalgaon, before joining S.S.R. Medical College.
